Wisconsin Great River Road

This part of Highway 35 will take you along the Mississippi River. Considered to be one of the most beautiful rides in the US. This ride will take you about 5.5 hours as you ride more than 250 miles on this dedicated National Scenic Byway. You will go through thirty-three historic river towns and villages that have something for everyone. From museums, antique stores to pubs and amazing food, this ride will not disappoint.

Driftless Area

This ride has winding roads, majestic views, and sculpted topography. Known for the forestry and bedrock, Driftless has something to suit everyone including breweries, cheese houses (of course) restaurants, and lodging. Go for the day or make a weekend of it, either way, you will make memories and get some amazing photos.

The La Crosse Route

This 104-mile route is a three-hour ride and a popular destination for motorcycle groups. Rockton Bar is a must-stop along the route, famous for their BBQ chicken, they accommodate large groups and have visitors from around the world. There is beautiful scenery, winding roads, and lots of places to make pit stops along the way

Monroe

Of course, you can’t do a ride in Wisconsin without visiting the “Swiss Cheese Capital of the USA” There is no better way to get a feel for the farming community while enjoying the open country roads and sampling some of Wisconsin’s best than in Monroe. A popular destination for bikers in the fall during “Cheese Days” the third weekend in September.

You will also want to take a ride along the coast of beautiful Lake Michigan, especially if you are visiting in the fall months.
