What are we looking for?

We’re looking for an independent, people person, Talent Acquisition Specialist, to join our growing HR team.

In this role, you will have responsibility for the recruiting process in Israel including - employer branding, sourcing efforts, CV checks and HR interviews. You will work closely with the HR Manager.

This role can be a great match for someone who thrives in a super-busy environment, organized, and most importantly a people person.


What Will You Do?

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle hands-on from crafting jobs description, job postings, active sourcing, phone interviewing to in-depth behavioral interviews.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the hiring managers and build talent pipeline, using industry best practices
  • Develop and maintain sourcing channels and recruitment campaigns using social media, community forums, professional network, placement companies, etc.
  • Be VOOM’s ambassador and excel our recruitment experience for potential employees and advocating VOOM’s culture.
  • Lead innovative recruiting & brand initiatives to create strong employer branding both internally and externally.


The ideal candidate:

  • +3 years of hands-on experience in technological recruitment end-to-end.
  • Significant technical recruiting/sourcing experience, especially with social media platforms (such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Stack Overflow, GitHub and more)
  • Experience conducting HR interviews including interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Ability to be proactive, identify areas of improvement, and pursue process improvement initiatives
  • Experience with employer branding activities.
  • Fluency in English and Hebrew (written & verbal)
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with various interfaces.
